Trust Seal and Feedback Installation Instructions for Drupal
IntroductionBelow are instructions for installing a SiteTrust Network trust seal and feedback feed on a Drupal website. Our services can be installed using Drupal admin. These instructions were compiled using Drupal version 5.14 and are also compatible with Ubercart. Please note that a SiteTrust Network account is required to use our services. SiteTrust Network Feedback Feed
The following instructions enable you to display a Direct Feedback Feed on a Drupal website.
- Log into your Drupal administration area
- In the navigation menu click on the 'Create content' link
- Click on the 'Page' link
- Input 'Customer Feedback' for the page title
- Below the Body input box click on the 'Input Format' link. Make sure 'Full HTML' is selected
- Cut and paste the SiteTrust Network iframe feedback code into the page Body. Your code will resemble the following

- Input 'Customer Feedback' for the menu link title
- Click on the 'Submit' button to save your page
- Your feedback page will then be created and a link to it will appear in the navigation menu
SiteTrust Network Trust Seal
The following instructions enable you to display a SiteTrust Network trust seal within a side column on a Drupal website.
- Log into your Drupal administration area
- In the navigation menu click on the 'Site building' link
- Click on the 'Blocks' link
- Click on the 'Add block' link
- Input 'Customer Feedback' into the block description
- Below the Block body input box click on the 'Input Format' link. Make sure 'Full HTML' is selected
- Paste your SiteTrust Network trust seal code into the 'Block body' field. Your code will resemble the following

</a> - Click on the 'Save Block' link
- You will then be directed to a page that displays a list of your page blocks. Your new block will appear in the 'Disabled' list
- Select the 'Region' and 'Weight' for your new block and click on the 'Save Blocks' link. In the screenshot above, 'right sidebar' and '-10' were selected
- Your SiteTrust Network trust seal will then appear on your website
